Valencia

Valencia is the third biggest city of Spain, right after Madrid and Barcelona. It has a very modern city transportation infrastructure, including underground. Valencia is flooded with upmarket bars and restaurants. It also has beautiful beaches and recently built La Ciudad de las Artes y las Cienias (city of art and science).

Most of all, Valencia means nightlife, which is very accurately translated into the name of one of the bars - Vivir sin Dormir (life without sleep). Valencia also hosts many very impressive fiestas – Las Fallas in March or held in July Feria del Julio with bull fights, battle of flowers and fireworks.

Guadalest

 

Additionally there is Gauadalest - an unusual attraction close to Valencia. It is XVI century city with an arab castle built into the rock. Access to the cstle leads through a tunnel carved in the stone ground. Being in Valencia it is a must to see.
