The booking is valid and confirmed on condition of receiving a downpayment of 30% of the rental value in our bank account. After receiving such a down payment, you will get booking confirmation with all relevant information regarding your stay. The downpayment should be paid into our account within 3 days of provisional booking. If the downpayment is not paid within those 3 days, the booking is cancelled.
Remaining 70% of the rental value and the EUR 150 of refundable security deposit should be:
a) paid into our bank account 30 days before the beginning of your stay in the apartament at the latest. Refundable security deposit will be returned to your bank account within 7 days after the end of your stay.
or
b) paid on arrival to local agent.
Additional final cleaning charge of EUR 50 applies in some apartments.
Payments can be made to our bank account in Spain or in Poland.
We can greet you at the airport and provide transportation to the apartment for the price of EUR 50 !
Apartment will be available at 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated at 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Any possible extension or earlier occupation depends on the availability of the apartment at the time and needs to be agreed individually at the time of booking.
Rental price is calculated for the whole apartment.
