Alicante

Alicante is the second largest city in the area, after Valencia. It is flooded with milions of tourists every year, drawn in by exceptionally mild and pleasant climate, beautiful beaches, nicely renovated old town and very intense night life.

 

Alicante hosts, at the end of June, the most important fiesta – Las Hogueras, which is alomst as impressive as famous Las Fallas in Valencia.
